The PR has been put on hold as the designs are under review.

Closing this PR as we need to support hashes as personal sing text, and the scenario detailed in the [issue](https://github.com/MetaMask/metamask-extension/issues/23282) is more an edge case.

Possible to loom through various signatures, rather than adding a separate spec for each ?
