I think @dvcx's point is that the link should be converted from `https://www.google.com/url?q=https://soundcloud.com&sa=D&ust=1504422217100000&usg=AFQjCNG9C` to `https://soundcloud.com` rather than keeping the google link and removing parameters?

It seems like this kind of obfuscation is indeed coming from InterRed CMS, which is used by a bunch of German newspapers:  I'm listing their domains here so others...

There is a predefined set of scrambled text variations. SHZ seems to have two, other newspapers four. I assume this merely depends number of caching backends used by the respective...
