So it appears that SDL Wayland is going the macOS way regarding HiDPI scaling - pixel sizes are logical... This won't be easy to fix.

It's partially implemented (you can collapse/expand a selection). The ability to do the same per pattern/song is missing though.

Partially done! Furnace initialization failures (e.g. UI couldn't start, unable to load file, etc.) are now reported using MessageBox().
