professional_test.fur, set_to_0.dmf and set_to_2600.fur also crash I pushed some fixes

Provide a module which triggers reproduction of this issue.

Fixed in dev110! It appears Furnace wasn't doing something properly when the delay value is equal to the speed.

If this issue is the same as #575, please report back. I pushed a commit which fixes that issue.

Don't tell me that MSVC re-orders structures and/or practices extra bound checks....

The compatibility flag has been there since 0.6pre1. Proper volume scaling is the default now.
