[Suggestion] Transpose Sample Feature for Sample Editor
Akin to Audacity, where you set root note and target note (or root frequency and target frequency).
This is rather difficult as it means having to bring a time-stretching library.
You could just change the sample rate instead of resampling... But that might not be what you want in all circumstances.
