Primary axis dates for bar charts - bars are cut off

The "Multiple Axes"[ example ](https://codesandbox.io/s/github/tannerlinsley/react-charts/tree/beta/examples/simple?file=/src/components/MultipleAxes.tsx)is sufficient to describe the issue: ![image](https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/86330208/142004926-53de9a89-974d-4bf3-ac1f-f7ef8f363295.png) Look at Tue 16 and Thu 25 dates -- only two of the three bars are display.
