I also have this issue when installing from app store on clean snap install.
Did you open the inbound phantom firewall port on the computer hosting phantom?
What os are you using to host?
Also, phantom won't broadcast if it's not connecting to the server, have you verified it is connecting (using ios or Android version to connect through the proxy?)
Did you try your phone or the windows 10 version to test its connectivity to the server?
The add server button isn't available in any console version.
is this better posted as a fork? or a "pull request"..... im not 100% sure what either of those are or mean but thats why im asking lol
did anything change with your firewall?
whats the error message you are getting?
what port are you using?
