Add automatic firewall scripts

Open imnotjack91 opened this issue 5 years ago • 1 comments

i have been playing with a few firewall scripts to combine with this code to help make it easier to deploy for less experienced users. since this is designed to run locally, the windows firewall (on windows hosting devices) is the only thing that needs to be modified during launch. still working on the closing script but essentially, once running, you can press CTRL+C to cancel then press N then ENTER to let it run the rest of the script that closes the firewall upon exit looking to see if there is a smoother way to do this and if its able to be implemented in the executable itself for the windows version. i know linux is a bit harder as there are several variations of network software based firewalls available.

I have little experience with macos firewalls but i imagine it is possible with a little know how but i dont "yet"
