How will the plugins structured? Beans need to have some generic HTML / CSS classes. Than the plugins will modify that generic HTML / CSS classes to fit the framework....

What is connected to the editor styles? Would it be possible to just copy paste the eg Twenty Sixteen style sheet? Or otherwise check a couple of ready existing ones...
