视频教程转载和再分享

从原[志愿者求助帖](https://github.com/JuliaCN/julia_zh_cn/issues/39) 分离出这个专题，以便召集志愿者完成视频教程的分享和传播。目前，我已将部分JuliaLanguage名下的开源视频分享到了优酷（YouKu）网站，见[我的专页里的几个专辑](http://i.youku.com/u/UMjg4MDk4NDQ4/playlists)。主要的源文件也可以在[我的百度盘](http://pan.baidu.com/s/1pJu1nQj)对应文件夹下找到（密码：2ib9）。现在需要确定的是： 1. 如何有效的发布此类资源。考虑到未来或许可以召集字幕翻译等事宜，是否应该以JuliaCN的名义建立一个小范围共享的公共视频发布账号？频道主站应该选哪个？ 2. 在JuliaCN的网站上如何有效建立一个链接汇总页面？这个需要前期搭建的工作。 3. 不远将来的规划。特别是与JuliaLang同步发布的机制应该考虑建立起来。如果有机会可以考虑翻译加工等工作。目前我只转载了一部分YouTube下JuliaLanguage频道下的开源内容，其列表下尚有JuliaCon 2015和以前的 Julia tutorial at SciPy 2014 by David Sanders（该playlist尚未改为开源协议，我已给发布人留言）以及其他频道的资源没有转载到国内的网站。这些我本人恐难以独自完成，都需要大家自愿分工，按照对前两个问题的讨论下载原视频并再分享到对应国内社区。 @KDr2 @xianyi @GaZ3ll3 @taiyun @zhoufengxu @xuhao1 @lenage @wlbksy @markqiu @Roger-luo @yuyichao 等在召集帖留言的同仁，或许可以在此自发组织起来完成此阶段工作。谢谢。

Volunteers needed:Julia在中国内地的开源推广

最近我在给JuliaLang组织提议将原有的YouTube视频教程等按照Creative Commons协议发布，这样我们可以将这些有用的Julia推广教程免费转发到国内可以观看的网站上，并配备必要的中文字幕信息（见[这里](https://github.com/JuliaLang/julialang.github.com/issues/217)）。希望JuliaCN社区的朋友们能积极参与相关的讨论，推荐国内可以访问的网站，并告知有兴趣参与的同仁转发视频、帮忙翻译字幕、建立教程等有用资源信息的汇总等志愿者服务任务。此前我组织的[在Berkeley的一次Meetup视频](http://juliaquantum.github.io/news/2015/03/berkeley-meetup-videos-online)已经发布到了YouKu频道，也需要一定的推广和翻译协助。另外，我同时倡议将JuliaLang的邮件组讨论服务转移到国内可以访问的服务器上，比如Gmane等（见[这里](https://github.com/JuliaLang/julialang.github.com/issues/202)）。在我的建议下，JuliaLang的[官网已经采用了MIT开原协议](https://github.com/JuliaLang/julialang.github.com/pull/204)（个别blog采用了Creative Commons开原协议），这样我们也可以对博文进行翻译转发和代码免费使用等。这些也希望JuliaCN社区的同仁能够帮忙组织推广工作。我感到Julia作为一个很有发展前景的编程语言之所以在国内的推广严重滞后，很大程度上与Julia的一些宣传资料尚无法免费开源的进入到国内同仁的视野有关。很多人找不到相关的教程和应用案例，更很难参与到Julia的开发讨论中来。如果我们能做好这个中间的互动角色，相信不远的将来将有更多的中国同仁从中受益，也更加愿意加入到JuliaCN的推广活动中来。我住在国外，工作比较繁忙，很难一个人完成以上种种工作，对国内的情况也很不了解。瑾建议希望参与以上工作的同仁在此贴立字，方便彼此协同工作。感谢与人为善，共同参与。@xianyi 晓东

Types/labels indicating quantum pictures

As discussed in #7, we may want to define types/labels to denote quantum pictures of the workspace. Transformation of propagators and states between different pictures may be also helpful.
