Sorry, still not following. It's from the instance @social.tchncs.de. I tried now to follow from an alternative account on a pleroma instance. No luck there either for now.

Sorry, still no joy. Also not with the account you suggested. 

I can confirm this issue. When in monocle mode, switching to another window (e.g. with Mod+j) doesn't bring the current window the foreground. The previous windows just lose it's focus....

Same here when upgrading from 6.4 to 6.6.0, using Docker.
