Can't see windows in monocle mode

For some reason when in monocle mode I can only see one window. Although window switching works (the one on top loses focus) it doesn't put the selected window up front for me to see, it stays in the background...

Here's my config.h, I'm running the latest git version.

I can confirm this issue. When in monocle mode, switching to another window (e.g. with Mod+j) doesn't bring the current window the foreground. The previous windows just lose it's focus.

Workaround: One has to go to another mode, e.g. tiled layout, focus the desired window and switch to monocle mode again.

If someone knows xcb programming this is probably easy to fix, unfortunately I don't know anything about it.

If you guys are still using Frankenwm, you may want to try my fork. This would help to know whether it is sound for a pull request.
