There is no warning message before running the project even though the project contains error.

This doesn't meet the bar for fixing right now. The user can see whether there are errors before they press F5.

Module changes in interactive window are not working

This is something that would need support from Pylance to support.

Django completions in html file does not work.

It's possible that we accidentally removed this support after hugues left. So if there are complaints we can try bringing it back. See https://github.com/microsoft/PTVS/commits/main/Python/Product/Django.

Apparently, this is something we likely used to clean up? Seems like a regression.
