refactored: override repository with piped config (decent one) when creating deployment. I suppose this can reduce side effects.
I'm facing the same problem
I tried and I found this occurs after `b298efe7771551920d1ce61fc8b6fc53ca767519` (Dec 19, 2018) has been committed. Commit `a19c80a3c05672fb31aa9cc88fed26410bde04ed` (on Nov 16, 2018) is working fine.
