I'm in favor of removing support of CentOS7 in CI due to it has been EOL.
This would be supported if `migrate-type` is `raw-key-value`, migration by sending commands way seems hard to do. refer https://github.com/apache/kvrocks/pull/2067

I'm fine with @enjoy-binbin solution. BTW, we must forbid using this command if the cluster mode is enabled.
