This will be game specific, so if a particular game isn't recognizing it, it doesn't mean another won't.

That's pretty weird, `SAM.Game.exe` only spawns `SAM.Picker.exe` if it received no arguments on the command-line. You're using standard Windows and such?

Are the stats marked as increment only? Are you resetting stats too? But yes, this would be a Steam-side issue in particular.

I believe restarting Steam should resolve that.

I don't know what to suggest then, I just tried this myself. Restarted Steam and the game was back to being uninstalled.
