Yes, it is. Test environments have there own ways of handling environment variables. For instance, in travis here is a detail explanation on including env configurations: https://docs.travis-ci.com/user/environment-variables/

bug: if you are using a wallet provider besides Metamask, make sure to automatically reload the page when switching networks

Given that the chainId, provider & signer does not refresh on wallet change, we can't seem to work around this issue.

bug: apply for a round modal is not popping up for new user creating a project for the first time
