Try with the attached `/overrides/webklex/php-imap/src/Connection/Protocols/ImapProtocol.php` file. It uses `BODY[TEXT]` if IMAP Server for the mailbox is set to `imap.mail.me.com`. [ImapProtocol.zip](https://github.com/user-attachments/files/16792384/ImapProtocol.zip)

@CoE2013 Your issue is different as you have body in the DB. Create a new issue.

We've never seen such an issue and it's hard to tell what can be the reason. Someone need to check it on your server.

Have you followed Troubleshooting guide? Have you checked logs?

Try to create a symlink leading to your destination folder instead of `attachments` folder.

So you'll need to dig into the code to disable overriding of the symlink.

Unfortunately not. It will require going into the source code of the framework.
