I think the 1546:050c and 1546:050d are just custom IDs for a standard FTDI chip (that is in the EVK). It's just that https://github.com/torvalds/linux/blob/master/drivers/usb/serial/ftdi_sio.c#L1074 doesn't know that. We can (temporarily)...
