Adding “project-wide” would be beneficial IMHO. At LibreOffice, for a while, somebody insisted on modifying all teams’ glossaries by using the checkbox.

@comradekingu: I concur, and I can imagine that an option that has global power is available in non-global places because it’s convenient.

The symbol looks too busy at small sizes; the bars need not cross the bowls.
