Add Bitcoin glyph [U+20BF]
Unicode v10.0 defined the bitcoin symbol. It would be useful to include it in the sets. Open to anyone who would like to design it and contribute this.

Do we want to adopt the dollar style?
Believe it is supposed to have two vertical lines? Here is how Font Awesome drew it:

@chrissimpkins Isn’t the dollar supposed to have two as well?
Most typefaces draw it with one. Here is what Wikipedia says about dollar symbol:
The symbol can interchangeably have one or two vertical strokes.
Thai baht has one vertical line ฿. Probably best to keep two for the bitcoin symbol.

Here's another interpretation:
Looks good at large sizes @jublo. How does it render at smaller text sizes? Possibly too much black to see the B part of the shape as the size decreases? We may need to tinker with the width of the right vertical line a bit to achieve something that renders well (or keep the top and bottom stems and eliminate it from the central portions of the B shape). Thoughts?
I can either:
– move the right line more to the left – make it thinner – remove it
What do you think?
How does current design render between sizes 8-14? Those are our design targets. If OK may not need to do anything further. I like the design, question is whether we have enough white pixels to show it off. Mind posting some screenshots with this built in sets?
macOS on retina
Windows 10 on retina
Windows 10 on 100% scaling
lgtm. what do you think?

Please submit design source as PR when you are ready to review this.
The symbol looks too busy at small sizes; the bars need not cross the bowls.
Thank you @fitojb! JM do you any time for this work in the next few months?
@fitojb You think the bar should only stretch to the top and bottom? @chrissimpkins Yes I will :)
@fitojb You think the bar should only stretch to the top and bottom?
That’s how it’s drawn in several existing fonts :)
