@gxalpha I tried to replicate getting it and also outside the group without success. Are you sure the one outside the group did not remain from the version before?
instead of audio monitoring the individual sources you can use the audio monitor plugin to monitor output track 1
@IkeEisenhauer don't use a filter for that, but in the audio monitor dock in the context/config menu go to outputs track 1, make it shown first and set output device...
Please provide a crash report. You find them in obs menu help crash reports.
