what settings are set on the source record filter?
@kyrylo-permiakov nvenc new is not supported at the moment try using nvenc or x264
What part is not working? Are there errors in the OBS log file?

How would that work if multiple media sources are playing?

That should depend on what settings you have set here:  The freeze frame is made on enabling the filter, so when duplicating sources the filter is duplicated on transition...
What part of the installation are you experiencing difficulty with?
@muyiwacaleb have you got visual c++ redistributable for visual studio 2019 installed? Is the plugin showing in your obs log file?
Does your OBS log file give an error message for not loading the plugin?
