This is going to take some refactoring, the core issue is Excalibur starts setting up context types after asset loads but before the context has been unlocked by the user....

@ewal As a possible workaround you can supply the `canvasElementId` to the engine constructor and it will use a canvas that is defined in the DOM

@ewal Totally! I think we should definitely, this aligns with the goal of removing the hard dependency on the DOM as well
