Is it possible to disable the Class Hierarchy section

As my project is C-only, the "Class Hierarchy" section is not that helpful. Can it be disabled?

Opening msg definition files failes on Windows

When I try to start the sample programs(Windows, VS2017) I get errors concerning the format of the message definition files in the db folder.
