I found the HMI, the baud rate is 115200, however it is forcing reparse mode when the first page is loaded... I'm uploading that to my panel and then will...

I have installed it, but had no issue to upload `nspanel_blank.tft` using 115200bps and `ref: dev`. Will play more tomorrow.

How difficult would be to power cycle your panel? If that is possible, please remove those settings related to `uart`, but keep `ref: dev`, then flash your panel, then power...
