I believe this may occur if one opens the same dialog twice, by tapping the same item before the dialog is displayed. I was not able to reproduce it, though.

as a matter of fact, the watchtower is a sort of electrum client, not an electrum server
@smmalis37 I think you are right, it makes sense to have the watchtower in electrumx. this will be part of a larger change, please see https://github.com/spesmilo/electrum/issues/6778
I can reproduce. it occurs when the channel details window has been open earlier, and is closed when the payment occurs
