I have the same problem on Ubuntu 22.04.2 LTS gcc version 11.3.0 (Ubuntu 11.3.0-1ubuntu1~22.04.1)

Actually it seems not only default ev ThreadPool size is broken. In our observation only half of ev threads are working. The other half is 0.0%. 

That's exactly what happened. Is there any way to detect this automatically (and reupload full debuginfo)?
