What version of pyRevit have you installed?
Try download the latest installers for 4.8.11 from here: https://github.com/eirannejad/pyRevit/actions/runs/2412393932 They don't show up in the Release section yet
Are you all using the latest version of pyRevit 4.8.11? I believe it is the first one to support Revit 2023
