I actually see some advantages for the automated AOP validation. How about simply introducing a way for some objects to back out? For instance, an annotation which tells the AOP...

@bejanut i have just rerun travis and it is now good. There is a randomly failing test which we need to fix. Not your problem though.

Yes it is exactly the same problem.
