Remove the red boarders and choose something else such as a neutral color. Red becomes problematic in cases where red, yellow, and green are used as alerts, etc.

I would also like to argue that push notifications to a mobile app to call volunteers to a specific place would be a good idea.

A perfect example would be a dashboard that can be used for info at a glance.

It could take an extended period of time if it is handled later rather than with automation.
