Please remember that you cannot "fire" a volunteer but a voilunteer CAN refuse to help. I'd like to offer the following suggestions:

  1. What will the user think when using the app?
  2. Does the app eliminate ambuiguity?

Remove the red boarders and choose something else such as a neutral color. Red becomes problematic in cases where red, yellow, and green are used as alerts, etc.

I would also like to argue that push notifications to a mobile app to call volunteers to a specific place would be a good idea.
