Give users the ability to share their certificate, as discussed in https://github.com/woothemes/sensei-share-your-grade/issues/3 (Make sure user has enabled public sharing first.)
Certificates aren't meant to be added manually, so it's confusing to have the Certificates > Add New Certificate menu item. I think we should remove it.
Save the data to the certificate when it's first created, to prevent users changing certificate details after course completion.
