Permanent access to awarded certificates

Currently if a user is removed from a course they have completed, or the course access expires (via a membership/subscription) they also lose access to their certificate.

We should look into a way to give users permanent access to their awarded certificates, even after the course access has expired (telling them to dowload it is not an acceptable solution) :smile:

Good luck. There's a lot of issues with certificate generation. For example, when a user changes their name the certificate changes. I suspect the certificate is generated on the fly when requested. I'd say you would need to start from scratch most likely.
