sensei Tin Can API support

Not sure if this might be best as an extension (if possible), as not everyone will need it.

Maybe it's best to make it a separate extension (possibly free if you don't want to charge extra) so as to keep things modular? Sounds similar to WC's integrations.

Some notes from a customer on TinCan and LRS:

With LearnDash, Grassblade LRS is really the only practical solution (since tracking LearnDash activities and quiz results is essential and it’s the only one with deep integration). It’s just not simple to use though, and it’s really designed for a single user. The clients who want something like that also tend to be the ones who require group reporting, which isn’t available at all (our clients might wants reps from several organizations to see data for their staff only). Many of the end users who need reporting just want a simple solution, like going in once per month (or better yet, getting a report by email) that shows things like month-to-month progress, completion rates, consolidated grades, etc. The last time I used Grassblade you couldn’t save reports, so sending them by email automatically won’t be happening for a long time.

I’ve looked at others too (Saltbox, Learning Locker) and it seems to be more of the same as far as things like group reporting and reusable reports go, with the additional problem of not capturing LearnDash data (only Tin Can statements from courseware) and not triggering LearnDash actions (like marking lessons as complete).
