Avoid using TriBITS in Kokkos

It is expected. The `--gtest_filter=-serial.Random_XorShift64` command line argument takes precedence over the `GTEST_FILTER=-serial.Random_XorShift1024_0` environment variable. You would need to test `ENVIRONMENT` by itself or set a different option, possibly `GTEST_COLOR=yes`.
