The odd thing is, tensorboard.py actually runs w/ all those errors, but it executes very slowly: 


**Potential fix in the works:** Going to test ``` sudo chown -R user anaconda3 ``` during docker build stage to correct, as well as re-$PATH Tensorboard to Conda env.

@FranciscoReveriano apparently FLIR reformatted to one long file with the annotations nested in-between other things that arent needed.
