This is frequently confusing for users, and it would be useful to have some debug logging around what's being calculated to help them debug issues.

Add user deps.edn to the project view

It seems like it would be useful to be able to edit this in IntelliJ.

Lein generally has bad support for downloading source or JavaDoc artifacts for Java dependencies. But it is possible to do so using classifiers: ``` :dependencies [[org.clojure/clojure "1.8.0"] [junit "4.12"]] :profiles...

Since Deps doesn't allow source roots to be marked as containing tests, Cursive allows the user to manually mark a particular source root as containing test sources and persists that...

The Deps configuration in Clojure has an "Aliases to enable by default" setting, which is intended to allow the user to specify a series of aliases which will be enabled...
