Marking a source root as a test in a Deps project is not persisted

Since Deps doesn't allow source roots to be marked as containing tests, Cursive allows the user to manually mark a particular source root as containing test sources and persists that value across project syncs (#2253). However this behaviour seems to be broken in recent Cursive versions.
