Not sure if there is a way to unify or otherwise tag up more licenses. https://github.com/elementary/wallpapers/blob/master/LICENSE.md should be "LICENSE" and actually include something about licenses at the very least.
Would be nice to have VTR available in local languages. Suggest using http://hosted.weblate.org Libre software, doesn't spy, plenty of checks, and responsive upstream.
