No no, colors should just be RGB and renderer should output RGB. Forget about that YCbCrMatrix stuff, that is just for old scripts that used BT601 instead of video matrix....

Nope, not fixed afaik. It was pretty easy to trigger if I remember correctly.
MPC-HC converts a few tags to SSA format, and strips a few unsupported ones. For example see last few commits from today: https://github.com/clsid2/mpc-hc/commits/develop
For movies that is a no go. I am not debating that.
