That is not fault of LAV Filters. A cut in the image is called "tearing". Enable Vertical Sync (VSync) in your graphics driver settings.

Audio dropouts with bitstreaming Dolby Atmos is listed as a known issue for last few NVIDIA driver releases. You could try much older driver (early 2021).

You did not mention your player and LAV Filters version. Update to MPC-HC 1.9.20 in case you are using something old. https://github.com/clsid2/mpc-hc/releases

SaneAR is included in MPC as well. External SaneAR versions are outdated an unmaintained.
