Setting some private env variable

Remove intermediate branches. We should keep the current DSL1 version, plus the default DSL2, and one primitive early branch (?).

Currently we just show an example with the AWS version. It would be nice to show this working on Gitpod/local way

At present we only have a basic example (in the operators and groovy section). Would be good to have a more "real world" usage example.

Except -c -C -ansi-log -with-tower -with-docker -resume etc. We should point people to the docs. But also, mention other key cli options for `run` in the examples. e.g. -bg -with-report...
