Cannot delete command from the UI

To enable experimentation, perhaps this should be a 'Disable' option instead of removing the command completely?

Can't find any connected devices on OSX

Does the `gapit devices` command show the device? Would also be useful to have the logcat from the device captured while GAPID is trying to discover it.

Resource silos store value instead of amount.

Sounds like a reasonable change to make. Fixing this is going to upset TD balance slightly. Who wants to think about what adjustments are needed there?
