Cannot delete command from the UI

#3013 enables to delete a command, we should add a way to do this from the UI.

It could be a "right click on command -> Delete" option, like the already existing "Edit" option.

To enable experimentation, perhaps this should be a 'Disable' option instead of removing the command completely?
