It is updated now to create the release in draft mode.
@jp9000 the release is created in draft mode, so other releases can be uploaded and notes added before becoming public, since drafts are private. The filename formatting is handled right...
Closing, until https://github.com/obsproject/obs-studio/pull/5155 is merged, as it rewrites the Github workflow.
Reopened because the cmake rewrite is now merged.
I've have now added checksum generation.
Needs #6241 to be merged first, so marked this as draft for now.
Updated to include Linux flatpak and deb
After testing on my fork and fixing some issues, everything seems to be working great now. 
IMO, I don't think that's necessary, as it is the same as every other lock icon in the program.
This only affects changing the values in the transform dialog.
