Updated to latest frontend and changed the icons to @Warchamp7 idea.  
It is needed for the GetDataFilePath function. OBSApp.hpp was included with OBSBasic.hpp before.
I have updated the code to remove the sender methods from the menus.

Fixed the code now, so the clip level affects both the input and output meters.
@norihiro could you check if the latest code in this PR fixes the issue you were having?
