Anyone who has used the ESP32 along with the sensor fusion would have had some issues with I2C and im expecting that my problem is going to be something related....
Hey Kris. I know you send out the boards with pre-loaded xxx.fw file but do we get to see a copy of it?

In your example Im having some odd values with the software Yaw, if it reads 90 and I move it to 180 it will count back down to 90 again..So...
What voltage is the Switching regulator meant to be outputting?
Any thoughts of how the timing might work on an esp32?
