Enabling Fast Animations From Diagnostics Seems To Make It Work Smoother than normal

Can confirm this happens with me too.

I have the same issue on pop os 22.04, tuxclocker has never worked for me.

I dont know how to get the EC reading on windows, could you tell me how so i can help out?
