Registering for a new account does nothing

Registering for new account option does nothing once the captcha is complete, it goes back to the link or register page upon completion of captcha, this happens on the latest 0.3.1 and probably 0.3.0 also.

Are you being redirected to CAPTCHA for Signal Private Messenger and then being redirected back to Signal after completing the CAPTCHA?

I am being redirected to the captcha app, then have to manually swap back to the signal app and enter the SMS code after which it enters the signal chat page for 1-2seconds and returns to the register/link menu page.

This issue is reported by many people btw, all on windows 10 mobile.I am filing this issue on behalf of everyone.
